
Learning Course Social Dialogue, Tripartism and Tripartite Consultations (Beta)
This e-learning course aims to educate learners on social dialogue and tripartism, which are the backbone of the International Labor Organization's policies. It also aims to educate learners about tripartite consultations, whose guidelines were laid down by Convention No. 144, and the process and bodies which facilitate, promote, and empower tripartism and tripartite consultations in the Philippines.

Basic Labor and Employment Education Course
This course aims to educate the learners on concepts, policies, procedures and other information that are relevant to their work, profession, and entrepreneurial ventures. It covers the different phases of employment (pre-employment, during employment, and post-employment) as well as processes involved in entrepreneurship and professional practice. The course also aims to inform the learners of their labor-related rights and responsibilities for them to become better partners in attaining and maintaining harmonious labor-management relationships.

Comprehensive Course on Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
This e-learning course intends to enhance capacity of multisectoral stakeholders to promote the effective implementation of Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining principles in the Philippines (based on principles under ILO Conventions 87 and 98) as well as improve participation of tripartite social partners in the existing mechanisms addressing violations of workers’ civil liberties and trade union rights.
